How Tea Can Boost Memory and Reduce Dementia Risk

Drinking tea might be more than just relaxing; it could keep your mind sharp too!

A study looked at over 400,000 people and found that those who regularly sipped tea had a lower chance of getting dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or Vascular dementia (Jiang N, et.al. 2023).

Scientists checked the quality of the research and are pretty confident about the results. It seems especially helpful for older folks, less active people, certain gene carriers, and smokers.

So, enjoying your daily cup of tea could be a simple way to protect your brain as you age.

If you don’t like to drink tea, green tea extract is a good alternative.
