To get the most benefits from taking the supplements I suggest you do this.
Combine these formulas because they provide support where most people need support to function well and stay healthy.
BMJ because it is very common to get problems with bones and joints, and the earlier you start to support these tissues the better off you will be. Take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening.
Effective S-Acetyl Glutathione because everybody unless you are very young and very healthy needs extra protection from free radical damage. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. After 2 days increase it to 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. You can experiment with the dosage and check how flexible you are by stretching before you start. Check it again after taking the low dose for 2 days, then increase the dose and check it again after 2 days. Stay on the dose that works best for you. You can even take more if you want to, I personally do. You should feel more flexible when you take an effective dose.
Curcumin EX because everybody can need help reducing low grade inflammation. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
Berberine GCS because it is extremely common to get less insulin sensitive, and when we get less insulin sensitive free radicals and inflammation is triggered, cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides increase, and we tend to put on weight around the waist. Take 1 capsule when you start eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, at least take it twice daily.
The next ones to consider would be the
Better Fish Oil because most people don’t get enough omega 3 fatty acids which helps reduce inflammation and is important for the brain. Take 2-3 capsules daily.
Vitamin D3 because a lot of people don’t get enough vitamin D even if they live in a sunny climate. Take 1-3 capsules daily if you have not had your vitamin D level tested.
B Complex EF because the B vitamins are very important. If you don’t get enough B12, you may get neuropathy. Take 1-2 capsules daily depending on if you take our Multivitamin or not. If you eat mainly plant based (vegan), you need to take B12, that is very important.
