How Do Eggs Affect You?

This study explored how eating eggs affects the risk of death in people with pre-existing heart disease or stroke (Niu PP et.al. 2024).

Researchers used data from a survey conducted between 1999 and 2018, involving 3,975 adults aged 20 or older. They tracked participants' egg consumption through dietary recalls and monitored their mortality status until the end of 2019.

Results showed that eating 50-100 grams of eggs daily increased the risk of death compared to those who didn't eat eggs.

You don’t have to wait until you develop heart disease to stop eating eggs.
