Detoxifying mercury from fish consumption using liposomal glutathione. A plate with salmon, a bottle labeled Liposomal Glutathione, and visual representations of mercury detoxification and omega-3 molecules.

Omega 3 fatty acids, the type of fat found in cold water fish like salmon are healthy and provide numerous benefits.

The problem is that fish are now contaminated to a more or less degree. One of the main contaminants is mercury.

We can however detoxify the mercury by taking an effective form of liposomal glutathione.

This research, which was a small study, is interesting even if it was not published in a peer-reviewed journal (Blair E, Miller A, 2023).

It showed that this type of liposomal glutathione reduced blood mercury levels by an average of 39% when taking 750 mg twice daily for 30 days.
