This is how you can reduce muscle fatigue.

In this study the researchers investigated the effect of glutathione intake on exercise-induced muscle metabolism and fatigue (Aoi W, et.al., 2015).
This was a small double-blind, cross-over study. The participants were administered either glutathione 1g per day or a placebo for 2 weeks. Then, they exercised on a cycle ergometer at 40% maximal heart rate for 60 minutes.

 

 

Psychological state and blood chemistry were examined after exercise.
The results showed that the elevation of blood lactate was suppressed by taking glutathione. Fatigue-related psychological factors were also significantly decreased when taking glutathione compared with the placebo trial.
When using glutathione be sure to use a form of glutathione that is effective.
S-Acetyl Glutathione has been shown to increase the cellular level of glutathione where it is needed.
